Radisson and the Liberator

Monument of "Zar Liberator" and "Radisson SAS" hotel as a frame.

The monument (sculptor Arnoldo Zocchi) was errected in 1903, in honour of the russian zar Alexander II and the Liberation of Bulgaria in 1878.
